Show Dellenbaugh- D THE SPECIAL MASTER: You have a copy, I suppose, for Mr. Farnworth, have you? THE WITNESS: I have a copy Mr. Farnsworth can have. MR. BLACKMAR: We will furnish you a copy. MR. FARNSWORTH: We wish to reserve the right to make any objection. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q Do I understand, Mr. Dellenbaugh, that this is a compilation made by you from the original documents, whether in the official possession of the state of the Church? A The Church; they are the Church records of settle-ment; these are transcripts of certain portions of those records. Q Do the documents show on their face where, if any, there are omissions? In the transcript, I take it, you have not transcribed the whole of the document. Does this show on its face where there are portions omitted? A Perhaps not always, but generally I think it does. These transcripts were made from various documents, and it was difficult to indicate that in all cases. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q It shows the documents from which you have quoted? A I beg pardon? Q The documents show from what you quoted? |
