Exhibit 104 shows quiet water inn Cataract Canyon, below the center of the canyon. There are practically 3 miles of water like that in Cataract Canyon. Exhibit 105 shows our boat lodged on the rocks in Dark Canyon rapids. Exhibit 106 shows the boat in a typical rapid in Cataract 868 Canyon Exhibit 107 shows a rapid quite similar to the Dark Canyon rapid, about a mile above Dark Canyon. No big waves but very swift water. Exhibit 108 shows the driftwood and the river in high water in the vicinity of rapid No. 13 in Cataract Canyon. Exhibit 109 shows rapid 21 in Cataract Canyon. 869 Exhibit 110 shows rapid 24 in Cataract Canyon looking down stream. Exhibit 111 shows rapid No. 23 Cataract Canyon. The above exhibits were all taken on the 1921 trip. Exhibit 112 shows rapid No. 23 in Cataract Canyon and shows the channel we took in 1911 instead of 1921. It is the same rapid but from different sides of the river. This photograph was 870 taken in 1911. Exhibit 113 was taken in the section between rapids 13 and 23 in Cataract Canyon in 1921. Exhibit 114 shows where we climbed out a short distance above the junction of the Green and Grand Rivers. The heighth of the walls is 1300 feet. Exhibit 115 shows the buttes of the Cross in Labyrinth canyon Exhibit 116 shows some of our difficulties at the upper end of Hell's Half Mile, Lodore Canyon on Green River, northwest Color-ado..
