ULDbuDDLon Of the bUdget for 1953'4, Regent Cosgriff, Chairman of the Finance Commit1953-54 tee, stated that he had not had an opportunity to BUDGET APPROVED study it, having been out of the city; however, Chairman O'Connor had reported to him that he had gone over it very carefully, as had Regents Eccles and Bamberger of his Committee, and that he would rely on the judgment of the members of the Board who had studied it.
