WEATHER EXPERIMENT A bill directing the University of Utah, Department of Meteorology, to conduct a research and evaluation project of weather modification, is being prepared by Mr. Leonard Jones, Secretary, Southern Utah Resources Development Corporation, Richfield, Utah. By invitation, the President attended a meeting of the Utah State Medical Association to which members of the Legislative Appropria- UTAH STATE MEDICAL ASSOCIATION ' SUPPORTING MEDICAL COLLEGE BUILDING PROGRAM tions Committee were invited and urged to support the University Medical School building request. For purposes of information, the President reported that Spencer L. Kimball, Dean of the College of Law, has been serving as Chairman, since 1950, of the Utah State Bar Association Committee on Cooperation between the Bar and the College of Law. His duties were concerned principally with obtaining changes in techniques for bar examination grading, which has resulted in significant modification in the examinations.
