O'Connor, Chairman of the Board of Regents, and this is to advise that, on the basis of the information submitted that the Loan Agreement was signed on April 21. 1952, and that the Finance Committee of the Board of Regents approved the Loan Agreement on April 18, 1952, the Loan Agreement is now considered as having been satisfactorily entered into prior to April 30. 1952.
