Show 347 It' was reported to the Board by Regent Banberger of the Finance Committee that it had been recommended by the Committee on Finance that the two hundred shares of Equity Oil Company stock, Certificates #5 11398 and #11399 for one hundred shares each and the J. C. Penney Company stock, Certificate # A060365 for fifteen shares be sold. SALE OF The stock had been given to the University Alumni De- velopment Fund for the Home Living Center and since the money is needed for that project Regent Banberger moved approval of the recommendation by the Finance Committee and that the Secretary and Controller of the University be authorized and directed to execute the sale of the above described stock. The motion was seconded by Regent Bowen and unanimously carried CERTIFICATE OF FINANCE COMMITTEE Board of Regents University of Utah Salt Lake City, Utah Ladies and Gentlemen: Your Finance Committee begs leave to report as follows: We have examined the attached list of vouchers totalling $1, 106, 188. 92, as well as the foregoing certificate of the Secretary of the Board of Regents appended The said certificate is in satisfactory form, thereto. and we recommend that the disbmzsements made, as so certified, be approved.
