Show 2554: thereof and any additions or improvements thereto subsequent to said conveyance, upon certain conditions as in said conveyance stated, NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the University of Utah abrogate the restrictions aforementioned on said described premises by payment of the fair value thereof and the payment of any and all external costs involved in the transfer; that William J. O'Connor, Chairman of the Board of Regents of the University of Utah, be, and‘he hereby is, authorized and instructed for and on behalf of the University of Utah to pay the fair value for the premises aforesaid and the administrative costs in conformance with the terms and conditions of the Deed of Release, and to accept and sign for and on behalf of the University .of Utah the Deed of Release and any other instruments necessary to complete - the proposed abrogation. C. , applying for permission to proceed with the construction of a Union Building on the campus of the University of Utah, and seeking a1location of critical materials therefor in accordance with four copies of Form CMP-4C attached thereto having been exhibited to the Board, RESOLVED, that President A. Ray Olpin be, and he hereby is, authorized, empowered, and dir- ected to sign said letter to said Office of Education and execute the four copies of Form CMP-4C at- tached thereto for and on behalf of the University of Utah, and to execute and deliver such other documents |
