HONORARY DEGREES COMMITTEE The President stated that several nominations have just come to his Office and he will send them to her for the Committee's consideration. On motion of Regert Bowen, seconded RESIGNATIONS ACCEPTED by Regent Cox the following resignations were accepted: Mrs.. Inez D. Allan, Clinical Instructor, College of Nursing, effective October 31, 1952. Kenneth M. Neilson, Instructor, Educational Psychology, effective November 22, 1952. In addition to appointments as listed in APPOINTMENTS APPROVED Appendix One, the following appointments were . approved on motion of Regent Gibson: B. Change of rank for Lt. Col. Robert A. McCabe, USMC, from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor of Naval Science. C. Appointments for Dugway project. 1. Merrill D. Evans, Research Associate, 4, 600 annually. 2. Edward R.
