On motion of Regert Bowen, seconded RESIGNATIONS ACCEPTED by Regent Cox the following resignations were accepted: Mrs.. Inez D. Allan, Clinical Instructor, College of Nursing, effective October 31, 1952. Kenneth M. Neilson, Instructor, Educational Psychology, effective November 22, 1952. In addition to appointments as listed in APPOINTMENTS APPROVED Appendix One, the following appointments were . approved on motion of Regent Gibson: B. Change of rank for Lt. Col. Robert A.
