Show -2- Excerpt from the minutes of the Palo Verde Mutual Water Company of December 1, 1925 book no. 6, pages 122, 123, 124, 125, and 126. Bill of Sale Know all men by these presents: That Palo Verde Mutual Water Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, with its principal place of business at Blythe, California, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, ($10.00), lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration, to it paid by Palo Verde Irrigation District, an irrigation district organized and existing under and by virtue of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, approved by the Govorner [sic] of said State on June 21, 1923, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, all that certain personal property situate in the Palo Verde Valley in the County of Riverside, State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: 1. All dredges, implements, equipment, tools, machinery, automobiles, trucks, alfalfa, barley, feed, stock of groceries, provisions and supplies and all other personal property belonging to the party of the first part, excepting only the non-operative personal property hereinafter particularly excepted. 2. All maps, drawings, plans, specifications, designs, field notes and other engineering and surveying records, memoranda, reports and data now owned by the party of the first part. |
