This indenture, made this 15th day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five, between Abram L. Hobson, and Helen B. Hobson (his wife), William A. Hobson and Effie S. Hobson (his wife), of the City of Ventura, State of California, and Frank Murphy and Della E.
