Show __3__ foregoing is a true, full and correct copy, posted by said C. J. Berg, at the place described in said notice as the point of intended diversion, and that the same was so posted on the 5th day of August, 1911, and on which last named date, we have hereunto set our hands and seals. Thos. Beach. (Seal) John Ryan. (Seal) Know All Men by These Presents: That I, C. J. Berg, the person who posted the within notice of water appropriation, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars, lawful money of the United States, this day paid to me by the Palo Verde Mutual Water Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, and having its principal place of business at Ox-nard, in said State of California, do hereby grant, assign, convey and set over to said Palo Verde Mutual Water Company, the said corporation, all of my right, title and interest in, to and under the foregoing claim of the right to appropriate water, made as aforesaid, and in and to all and any right which I may thereby have acquired to appropriate any of the waters of the said Colorado River, at the place described in said notice as the point of intended diversion.
