Show -2- her in hand paid, the said Florence Blythe Moore, widow, releases and quitclaims to the said Palo Verde Mutual Water Company, a corporation and to its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title and interest of said Florence Blythe Moore, in and to the waters of Colorado River appurtenant or riparian to the property described in the deed hereinbefore set forth and all water and water rights of any and every name and nature connected with the said rancho but the same is without any representation or guarantee of any kind whatsoever that the time of the execution of said deed of November 14th, 1905 she had or held any interest in the said waters riparian or otherwise. The intent of the said deed was to vest in the grantees all title to the land described and waters of the Colorado River to which this grantor had any title. This deed warrants no title in and to the same or any water or water right but is solely confirmatory of the said deed aforesaid.
