Show adopted, has hereunto caused its corporate name to be subscribed and its corporate seal to be affixed, and this instrument to be executed by A. L. Hobson, its President, and A. T. Stadler, its Secretary, this 1st day of December, 1925. Palo Verde Mutual Water Company By (A. L. Hobson) Its President By (A. T. Stadler) Its Secretary (Seal) The Palo Verde Irrigation District, the party of the second part named in the foregoing Bill of Sale, does hereby accept said Bill of Sale and does hereby agree to do and perform all of the things and acts specified in said Bill of Sale to be done and performed by said Irrigation District.
