B. B. & M. excepting and reserving therefrom any portions thereof heretofore conveyed by said Palo Verde Mutual Water Company. 4: All other real property now owned by said Palo Verde Verde Mutual Water Company situate either in the county of Riverside, or county of Imperial, state of California, and all right, title and interest, owned by said Mutual Water Company, in any real property situate in either of said counties; provided, that said Palo Verde Mutual Water Company hereby expressly reserves and excepts from this conveyance and retains for itself as its sole and exclusive property, three several tracts of land situate in said County of Riverside, to-wit: (a) The SE^ of the NE^ of section 14, township 7 south, range 22 east, S. B. B. & M. (b) The east 60.00 acres of the NE}4 of section 21, township 7 south, range 22 east, S. B. B. & M; an (c) The SWXA of the SE*4 of section 20, township 7 south, range 22 east, S. B. B. & M. less about two acres thereof, heretofore conveyed to the School District in which said land is situated. 5.
