Blythe, ) Decree Deceased. ) Florence Blythe Hinckley having on the 18th day of June, 1894, filed and presented to this Court her petition and application praying for the distribution to her of the share of the above entitled estate to which she is entitled, and notice of the said application having been given for the time and in the manner required by law and the order of this Court, and it appearing that the said notice has been duly and regularly served upon and given to the administrator personally, and given to all persons interested in said estate in the manner required by law, and certain persons who are mentioned in the Findings herein, claiming to be interested in the said estate, having appeared and answered said petition and resisted said application, and the said matters having come on regularly for hearing, and oral and documentary evidence having been introduced in support of the said petition and application of said Florence Blythe Hinckley, and it appearing upon said hearing that more than one year has elapsed since the issuance of letters of administration upon said estate; that the time for filing or presenting claims against said estate has long since expired, and that all claims that have been allowed have been paid; that said estate is but |
