Show -10- the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section twenty five (25), in township forty (40) south, range thirteen (13) west, Williamette Meridian, containing one hundred and sixty (160) acres of land; also, the east half of the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section twenty four (24) in township forty (40) south, range thirteen (13) west of the Williamette Meridian, containing one hundred and sixty acres of land. 9th. Title in fee to ninety seven one hundred and fiftieths (97/150) of that certain mine and mining claims and premises, comprising fifteen hundred linear feet along the lode, by six hundred feet in width, known and called the Congress Silver Mine, situated in the Cedar Valley Mining District, Mojave County, Territory of Arizona. That the said property hereby distributed to said Florence Blythe Hinckley and the possession thereof, shall be given and delivered to said Florence Blythe Hinckley upon her giving to the administrator of said estate a bond in the sum of $150,000, with two sufficient sureties, to be approved by the Judge of this Court, conditioned for the payment by said Florence Blythe Hinckley of her proportion of the debts of said estate, to wit: the whole of the debts of said estate. That said property hereby distributed to said Florence Blythe Hinckley shall be and remain liable in her hands for the payment of the costs and expenses of administration and of any final judgment that may be recovered in the action of A.
