Admitted: May 17, 1957 Palo Verde Mutual Water Company ) To ) Palo Verde Irrigation District ) Grant Deed Palo Verde Mutual Water Company, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and having its office at Blythe, California, in consideration of the sum of $10.00, to wit: in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, does hereby grant to Palo Verde Irrigation District, an irrigation district, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and having its office at Blythe, California, all the property, assets and rights now belonging to said company, real, personal and mixed, corporeal and incorporeal, wherever situate and however held, except the corporate franchise of said company and its cash balance on hand, including, without limiting the generalities of the foregoing, all rights of way, rights of reversion and remainder, notes, mortgages, turst [sic] deeds, bonds, contracts, accounts receivable and water rights of every kind and character.
