Show CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No. 340 Identification: May 17, 1957 Admitted: May 17, 1957 Florence Blythe Moore ) to ) Palo Verde Mutual Water Co. ) This conveyance has reference to a deed of Conveyance of date about the 14th day of November, 1905, made by Florence Blythe Moore and A. A. Moore, Junior, her husband, conveying to W. A. Hobson, A. L. Hobson and Frank Murphy that certain property known as the Blythe Ranch in Riverside County, California, on the westerly bank of the Colorado River. Said deed was recorded in the County Recorder's office of Riverside County, in Book 208-at page 342 et seq. The said A. A. Moore, Junior is now dead. At the date of the said deed he did not own, nor did he ever own any right, title or interest in or to the said rancho or any part thereof. The same was in whole the separate property of Florence Blythe Moore. It was intended by the said deed to convey to the grantees named all right, title and interest in the said lands and the waters of the Colorado River and all riparian rights appurtenant to the said land and all water rights appurtenant to the said land or ever belonging to Thomas C. Blythe, succeeded to by inheritance by the said Florence Blythe Moore. Now upon request of Palo Verde Mutual Water Company, a corporation, claiming to be successor in interest of the said W. A. Hobson, A. L. Hobson and Frank Murphy and in consideration of ten ($10.00) dollars to |
