Title in fee simple absolute to the lands known as and called the Rancho de los Algodones, situate in Sonora and Lower California, Mexico, described as follows, to wit: Commencing on west bank of Colorado River, at a point where the boundary line between the United States and Mexico intersects said river; thence in a straight line, cutting the meander line of said river southwesterly to the southeast corner of said rancho a point on the west bank of said river distant 34,350 metres from the place of beginning; thence northwesterly 6,250 metres to the southwest corner of said rancho; thence northeasterly 32,500 metres to a point in said boundary line distant 4,350 metres from the place of beginning; thence along said boundary line 4,350 metres to the place of beginning, containing 43,773 acres, more or less. 7th. The undivided three fourths interest in a tract of land containing 1,100,000 acres, situate, lying and being in Lower California, adjoining the boundary line between the United States and Mexico, and extending therefrom southerly to the northerly line of land of Mexican Agricultural, Industrial and Colonizing Company, and adjoining and extending westerly from the Rancho de los Algodones and the Colorado River. 8th.
