Show CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No. 330 Identification: May 17, 1957 Admitted: May 17, 1957 Notice Feb. 15th, 1883 Notice is hereby given that I the undersigned do hereby claim one hundred thousand (100,000) inches under four inch pressure, of the waters of the Colorado river to be taken out on the West Bank of the river at or near this point, being about midway between the North and South lines of Section 18 in Township 5 South Range 24 East, S. B. M. Said water to be taken out by a canal Thirty five feet wTide and to be distributed by such ditches as may be necessary for irrigating lands of the undersigned, situated in Township 5 South, Range 23 and 24 East, S. B. M., in Township 6 South, Range 22, 23 and 24 East, S. B. M., in Township 7 South, Range 22 and 23 East, S. B. M. and Township 8 South, Range 23 East, S. B.
