Show 132 Mr. Collins: Well, it was prepared upon work that was started about five years ago. The Special Master: I think that you should put on a witness to explain it, unless Mr. Baker knows about it. Mr. Farnsworth: I have not any idea what it is. Mr. Blackmar: Suppose that you examine it, and if you object-- Mr. Farnsworth: Of course, there is a lot of it. If you think it is admissible and pertinent, I may not object now. Mr. Blackmar: I think it is. It has been going on for five years. Mr. Farnsworth: And we have the benefit of an objection to it later. I suppose if we make an objection to any of this, if it is let in tentatively, we will not have to pick out the particular parts, as that would be a tremendous job. The Special Master: The Government will undoubtedly refer particularly to the parts they desire to rely on. The can not expect the Master to read all these reports. Mr. Farnsworth: I do not think so-- and I hope that I do not have to read them. The Special Master: The exhibits are admitted, subject to Mr. Farnsworth's objections when the matter is taken up later on. ( The document referred to was received in evidence and marked 2093 |
