By Mr. Blackmar: Q I show you this photograph to be marked Exhibit No. 25, Mr. Eddy, and ask you to tell us about that ( handing photograph to witness). A ( Examining photograph) This photograph was made-- if I could see the map I could tell you exactly the distance. The Geological Survey map ( examining map) indicates that this picture was made three and a half miles below the junction of the two rivers. That would be about a mile above Cataract Canyon, the first riffle, the first rapid. Mr. Blackmar: I offer this photograph as Complainant's Exhibit No. 25.
