Show 60 Q You spoke of the logs. It looks like rather small branches to me. A They are. There are fewer large logs; and yet in this picture ( indicating), made at the junction of the two rivers, you will note that there are a good many large logs. Q Yes; but I was thinking that in here ( indicating) it looks more like branches. A In Exhibit No. 31, you will notice things as large as railroad ties, for instance, which are large logs that had been swept down. Mr. Blackmar: These two photographs are offered in evidence as Complainant's Exhibits No. 32 and 33. ( The photographs referred to were received in evidence and marked, respectively, " Complainant's Exhibits No. 32 and 33.") By Mr. Blackmar: Q Will you tell me about this photograph to be marked Complainant's Exhibit No. 34? Is that where you get the flood? A No. This photograph was taken simply to show the type of walls and the width of the river. By Mr. Farnsworth: Q That is still in Cataract Canyon? A Yes, sir; this is still in Cataract Canyon? Mr. Blackmar: I will offer this photograph in evidence as Complainant's Exhibit No. 34. 2020 |
