I think that was all indicated in the Special Master's letter. The Special Master: Well, the resumption of testimony here was, of course, subject to Mr. Farnsworth's right not to put in his case until after the Government had put in its case. Mr. Farnsworth: Of course, I am not going to do anything that will unreasonably interfere with any of your plans, Mr. Blackmar, in any little matter of merely finishing up, or something of that sort, even with the testimony of a small witness, if you would indicate what it was. But of course, I am not going to put in my case until I know what your case is. The Special Master: Well, do we have to decide that now? The Government will finish up in Salt Lake City, and then you are not obliged to begin your case until the Government has either finished its case or shown to you what remaining testimony it has to offer. I do not think that we need to cross that bridge until we come to it. Mr. Farnsworth: Oh, no.
