Show 131 ment bulletin or report? Mr. Blackmar: It is a government report. It is certified by the Commissioner of Reclamation. It does not appear to have been printed. The Special Master: Well, if it is a summary it is not a report exactly; that is a summary of somebody else's work. Mr. Collins: It is treated as a report by that office. Mr. Farnsworth: My associate read it and he could not see anything pertiment in it. What is there in it? Mr. Blackmar: It deals with the Colorado Basin. It is the only report they have on file. ( The document referred to was received in evidence and marked " Complainant's Exhibit No. 64.") Mr. Blackmar: I offer in evidence Complainant's Exhibit No. 65, being a certified copy of manuscript text of a report entitled, " The Upper Colorado and its Utilization," by Robert Follensby. Mr. Farnsworth: We have not seen that. Mr. Blackmar: Now, this report is now at the Government Printing Office, and when it is published will be Water Supply Paper No. 617. The Special Master: What is the date of that? Mr. Blackmar: I assume that would be 1929, will it not? The Special Master: I do not think it is admissible, unless it is coupled with testimony that refers to conditions prior to the bringing of this suit. 2092 |
