Q I show you twomphotographs, which will be marked respectively exhibit 20 and exhibit 21, and ask you what they are ( handing photographs to witness). A ( Examining photograph) This ( indicating) is a typical view of the canyons and the river going through Labyrinth or Stillwater Canyon; those canyons are very similar. And I made this photograph partly to show the amount of driftwood in the river, indicating high water. Mr. Farnswoth: Those objects on the river ( indicating on photograph) are driftwood, are they? The Witness: Yes, sir; they are driftwood. The Special Master: As I understand it, Labyrinth Canyon is at the head of the disputed portion of the river? Mr. Farnswoth: It is above it, but-- The Special Master: I mean that the disputed portion begins just about at Labyrinth Canyon? Mr. Blackmar: A few miles above. Mr. Farnsworth: Just a little above.
