Freshman Cahinet and Advisors The entering freshmen brought with them a fresh and lively spirit and an enthusiasm that was hard to beat. They were the last freshman class to register without the aid of a computer. Mistakes were made, but in general they found their way around without too much difficulty. As they began to settle into the routine of college life, some of them started to assume positions of leadership at the University. Forty freshmen were chosen by ASUU officers to form the Freshman Cabinet, designed to show the new students how student government functioned. They joined activities and helped the University progress as well as helping the individual to grow. This year's experiences aided in making the freshman class a tangible asset to the University. 330 |
