Show Sigma Delta Chi The purpose of Sigma Delta Chi is to promote and enrich the experiences of men in the field of journalism at the University. The student association is affiliated with the Utah professional journalism society. Through this affiliation students have an opportunity to work in the field and to receive instruction firsthand. Members of Sigma Delta Chi are (front row) Ed Yeates (President), Ken Jensen, John Thurston, Mike Heywood (Vice President), (row 2) Dr. Milton Hollstein (Advisor and Head of the Department of Journalism), John Jackman, Bruce Christensen (Secretary-Treasurer), Steve Gunn and Chuck Leavitt. Political Science Pi Sigma Alpha Pi Sigma Alpha is a political science fraternity. Its members are chosen on the basis of their competency and interest in all levels of politics, from local government to international affairs. The group works in close cooperation with the Hinckley Institute to bring noted speakers to the campus throughout the year. William B.
