Description 7 deposite or disburse them ac- cording to the direction of the Finance Com- mittee, and to keep an accurate account of all receipts and expenditures. He shall pay no order drawn upon him unless signed by two or more of the Finance Committee, and endorsed by the Key member. His books shall be open for the inspection of the members at any time. He shall give the company a weekly statement of its funds, and shall deliver, when called upon, all monies, books, papers, and other pro- perty of the company, to his proper successor in office. Sectioll 1 l.-The Finance Committee shall consist of four members, and the Key member. It shall be their duty to make all purchases under the direction of the Company, audit the bills of the same, and transact such other busi- ness, of a financial character, as this Constitu- tion directs, or the Company may order, they shall have charge of all stores and mechanical implements, and the distribution thereof, they shall deliver, daily, all collections received from the different officers, to the treasurer, and see that the same be safely deposited. Section 12 .-The duty of the Chaplain shall be to perform divine service on the Sabbath, free from all sectarianism, and to perform all duties that properly appertain to his office. Section IX-It shall be the duty of the Key member to keep the key of the Safe entrusted to his charge ; to attend all meetings of the 203
