HEATING: The system is an existing coal tire tumace converted to gas, this mextremely inefficient and its safety is really in question. We rc:commend changing the systt.'n1. ELECTRICAL: The electrical is the old knob and wire. Some parts of the building arc old Romex. The service is also under sized Wo feel strongly that this is a .real health and safety iuuo. We reconunend re wiring the entire building. |
