The deadline for the completion of all work items is July 31, 2001, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon. Any changes to this Scope of Work must be approved by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). BUDGET SECTION 1. Collect Local Historic Preservation Records Volunteers, 300 hours @ $5. 15/hour Supplies : archival boxes, folders, labels, computer cartridges, etc . Tota $1,545 $705 $2,250 I 2. 3. 4. Public Education 4 plaques @ $200 each $800 Development (Whitaker House) Contractor services and materials for refinishing front windows and upgrading heating system National Register Nominations Professional Consultant: 2 buildings @ $500 each Total Project Budget* $4,950 $1 ,000 ~OOQ *Includes grant amount and 50/50 local match. Total must consist of at least 50 % cash expenditures . WORK DESCRIPTION 1. Collect Local Historic Preservation Records ($2,250): Volunteers will collect, organize and index documents, manuscripts, photographs, oral histories , etc. Miscellaneous materials will be collected as opportunities allow. Depending on the nature of the materials the CLG may seek the assistance of a professional for storing, indexing, duplicating and so forth. Products and Standards: Records collected must pertain to the history and historic sites of the community and must be kept in a public repository. Artifacts collected for museum display are ineligible . All records must be reported to and approved by the SHPO in order to be eligible.
