Show This Preservation Agreement is made for the benefit of and shall be enforceable by Utah State History. Utah State History shall have authority to cancel, waive, or modify any provisions of this Preservation Agreement. Utah State History shall have the right to enforce any provisions of this Preservation Agreement by action to recover the nt-in-aid funds or otherwise.
