FARNSWORTH: We now offer in evidence Defendant's Exhibit No. 18, being a photostatic copy of original documents, it being stipulated between the parties that the pages in-cluded within this exhibit are a full, true and correct copy of original documents on file and a part of the report of the war Department. I think the entire exhibit is designated as House of Representative to Congress, and containing the reports of Lieutenant Leeds and various other officers of the war Department, as well as other date, and it is stipulated that this may be used with the same force and effect as if the original documents were produced. THE SPECIAL MASTER: What is the year? MR. FARNSWORTH: The report was transmitted to Congress in 1910. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Is it the same report that that map and survey was concerned with? MR.
