A few cross sections show change over half the width . of the river averaging 8 inches to over 1 foot and in the other half of the section changes of 4 feet and averaging 2 feet . The text of Compl . Exhibit 480 to 489 and 490A show radical changes have taken place between ( 1909 '1909 ) and 1928 in channel conditions at the various bars and riffles and also that there has been a decided Increase in the flood channel of the river .
