Show San Rafael River , to its confluence 2 with the Colorado River , 95 miles ; The Colorado River from the mouth of Castle Creek ( 14 miles above the town of Moab , Utah ) , to the ( Arizona-Utah ArizonaUtah ) boundary line , 296 miles ; that section of the Colorado River , above the mouth of the Green River , was formerly known as the Grand River ; The San Juan River from the mouth of Chinle Creek ( 5 miles below the town of Bluff , Utah ) , to its confluence with the Colorado River , 133 miles . The United States is the riparian owner of all the lands on both sides of said rivers except those shown in Exhibit A , attached to the Bill of Complaint .
