R . 97 ) , and injects an element which does not appear in any of the decided cases . Most certainly the common obstructions which prevent practical navigation are those which are not dangerous and which are calculable in advance ( Exceptions 34 , 35 , 36 ) . As in Oklahoma v . Texas , supra the sand bars of the Green and Colorado in Utah are continuous , and the foregoing testimony amply demonstrates that sand bar trouble prevents the use of the rivers for practical commerce .
