Show of each of them , as 95 well as the title to the beds of all other streams and lakes which at the time of said admission of Utah into the Union were navigable in fact , vested in the State of Utah at the time of its said admission into the Union and said title has at all times thereafter been and now is vested in the State of Utah , except such portion or ( por- por ) tions thereof as may have been heretofore disposed of by the State of Utah pursuant to law , by express grant . This law can not deprive the United Statef of any of its rights in the river beds , because , as has been previously shown in this brief , the rights of the parties to this suit were fixed as of the date of ( state- state ) hood . ( Page 7 . ) In the light of the , evidence , ( Utah's Utahs ) conduct which has been inconsistent with navigation is entitled to consideration on the issue of navigability . IX CONCLUSION NONNAVIGABILITY OF THE ( BIVBBS RIVERS ) HAVING BEEN ESTABLISHED THE TITLE TO THE ( BIVEB RIVER ) BEDS ( BE- BE RE- RE ) , MAINS IN THE UNITED STATES AND THE UNITED STATES IS ENTITLED TO THE ( BELIEF RELIEF ) SOUGHT The United States , as the riparian owner of the uplands adjacent to the sections of the rivers in question , owns the river beds because the rivers are nonnavigable in Utah and the title to the ( river rivdr ) beds did not pass to Utah upon its admission into the Union . .
