Show 44 b. One of professionals in the various branches that the development implies; and c. One of auxiliaries not professionals, Indians, to promote the interest of the community for active participation in the programs of development. 2. Methods of investigation of the cultural reality of the Indian communities, and 3. Forms of planification and initiation of induced acculturation processes. Two type-forms of planifications and initiation of projects of Indian development may be considered. The first is the one of the coordinating centers, the second one is the coordinated application of forces and resources already in existence. The coordinating centers have as a primary objective the internal restructuring of the Indian communities and their regional integration. Their functioning supposes, besides the ministries and departments of the State which contribute to form the required budget for the various programs, and with implements and specialized techniques. The technical direction and the executive function correspond to the direction of the Indianist organization. From the center itself, the action is radiated through the various subcenters in the same communities. The system of applied coordination of forces and resources already in existence bows to the presence of programs of development in rural areas in which Indian communities are located frequently in various States. The Indianist organization is charged with providing the personnel specialized in social anthropology who will plan the coordination of the various branch offices in order to advise, in a scientific manner, the action of the Government. It is the purpose to attain without violence, through both systems, a promoted change in those aspects which are the cause of the low level in the life conditions of the Indian communities. 1965 Editorial.
