Brewster National Parks Service Midwest Archaeological Center Lincoln, Nebraska, ATTN: Dr. Ron Switzer This letter will serve to certify that an archaeological survey was accomplished in the area to be inundated by pooling behind the Soldier Creek Darn. The survey ws£ conducted io determine the effect the Strawberry Reservcir Enlargement project will have on archaeological resources. The survey T/ as carried oet by graduate students from thi3 department under the general supervision of Dr.> Jesse D. Jennings and field supervision c? Mr, Michael S. Berry. Numerous transects were walked through th. j entire area in qaestion; areas that appeared to ba promising as cue locate; v/ ere more rigorously inspected..
