PANAGIOTIS: An ardent Hellenophile, Nick has expressed his lineage in athletic and scholastic endeavors with considerable distinction. Nick claims Aesculapius to be a personal friend of his and is one of the few who know how to throw a caduceus properly. Although known as "what's-hisname, the Greek" to many of the staff, he is Zeus at home where Theana places before him three burnt offerings a day. In actuality, Theana is a talented hostess, superlative practioner of the culinary arts, and a Greek for many years. Armed with a Ph.D. in Anatomy on entering medical school, Nick has devoted a large proportion of his time to research and teaching.
