Show -20- or cause to be paid any part or all of the same to the Treasurer of the Company in cash or by the transfer of property at such time as the Company, by its Board of Directors may direct, and we hereby waive all the requirements of the Statute of the State of New Jersey as to notice and publication thereof. Dated, Jersey City, N. J. April 25, 1896. Charles N. King, Anthony H. Heber, Archibald M. Ostrom, Lewis H. Pounds, Furman Baker, Charles E. Hoffman, Jacob N. Strickler. The following resolution was offered. Resolved that the Board of Directors be authorized and instructed to assess upon each share of the capital stock of this Company subscribed for, the par value thereof, payable to the Company in such instalments and in such manner as the Board of Directors shall designate. On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the same was adopted. On motion duly made, seconded and carried the meeting adjourned. /s/ Chas. E. Hoffman, Secretary. |
