Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. To Have and to Hold, all and singular the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its successor and assigns forever, subject, however, to a certain mortgage, made and executed by said parties of the first part to S. W. Fergus-son to secure the payment of $2500.00 and interest, which said mortgage bears date, February 20th 1896.
