Show -2- One undivided one-half of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) of Section Twenty-five (25); The Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Twenty-six (26); Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter, and the fractional Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (or Lot Five (5) of Section Thirty-five (35); and Lot One (1) of Section Thirty-six (36) ; all in Township number Sixteen (16) South of Range Number Twenty-one (21) East of San Bernardino Base and Meridian containing Three hundred and Nineteen and 61/100 (319.61) acres according to United States Government Survey. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. To Have and to Hold, all and singular the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its successor and assigns forever, subject, however, to a certain mortgage, made and executed by said parties of the first part to S. W. Fergus-son to secure the payment of $2500.00 and interest, which said mortgage bears date, February 20th 1896.
