Show CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No. 105 Identification: Feb. 15, 1957 Admitted: May 6, 1957 Deed Southern Pacific Company to Imperial Irrigation District This Indenture, made this 22nd day of June, 1916, by and between the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation organized under laws of the State of Kentucky, party of the first part, and Imperial Irrigation District, an irrigation district organized under the laws of the State of California, party of the second part, WlTNESSETH '. That for and in consideration of the sum of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000), payment of which has been received by first party in bonds of second party and pursuant to the terms of that certain agreement between first and second parties dated December 28th, 1915, the party of the first part does hereby grant and convey unto said party of the second part all that certain real and personal property particularly described as follows, to-wit: 1.
