Show 1 1.D of meeting and the substance of the intended change in the By-Laws. Any change in the By-Laws made in the manner last stated, shall only be effective up to the time of the next stockholders' meeting, unless at such stockholders' meeting such change is ratified by the stockholders. A motion was duly made, seconded and carried that the meeting proceed to the election of directors of the Company. The Chair duly appointed Aloysius McMahon Inspector of Election. The following named persons were duly nominated as Directors of the Company. Lewis H. Pounds, Anthony H. Heber, Furman Baker, Archibald M. Ostrom, Charles E. Hoffman, Charles N. King, Jacob N. Strickler A separate ballot having been taken the Inspector of Election reported that ten shares of stock had been voted, and that each of the above named persons had received ten votes.
