State of New Jersey Department of State I, George Wurts, Secretary of State of New Jersey, do hereby Certify that the foregoing is a true copy of Certificate of Organization of "The California Development Company," and the endorsements thereon, as the same is taken from and compared with the original Filed April 24 - 1896 and now remaining on file in my office.
