Show and all the business above described incidental to, or in connection with, the same. Third: That the total amount of capital stock of said Company is One million two hundred and fifty [thousand] ($1,250,000) dollars; the number of shares into which the same is divided is Twelve thousand five hundred (12500); and the par value of each share is One hundred dollars. The amount of capital stock with which such Company will commence business is One thousand dollars, which is divided into ten shares of the par value of One hundred dollars each. Fourth : The names and residences of the stockholders, and the number of shares held by each, are as follows, to wit: Shares. Names. One share Lewis H. Pounds, East Orange, N. J. Two shares Anthony H. Heber, Chicago, Illinois. One share Furman Baker, Kansas City, Mo. One share Archibald N. Ostrom, Brooklyn, N. Y. Two shares Chas. E. Hoffman, Jersey City, N. J. One share Chas. N. King, Jersey City, N. J. Two shares Jacob N. Strickler, N. Y. City, N. Y. Fifth : The period at which said Company shall commence is the 25th day of April, A. D. Eighteen hundred and ninety-six, and the period at which it shall terminate is the 25th day of April, Nineteen hundred and forty-six. Sixth: The following limitations upon the powers of the Directors and Stockholders are hereby created. 1. All officers of the Company shall be removable by the Board of Directors, in manner, and for reasons as regulated by the By-laws. |
