Show __3__ ecute and deliver, or will cause to be made, executed and delivered to the party of the second part a good and sufficient deed to said undivided one-half of said land and premises, subject only to two certain leases of which the following are copies, respectively, to wit: This Agreement, entered into this 30th day of October, 1890, by and between Hall Hanlon, party of the first part, and H. W. Blaisdell, Agent Paymaster Mining Co. party of the second part Witnesseth : That for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further payment of ten dollars annually, the party of the first part hereby leases to the party of the second part for the term of ten years, the following described piece of land on which the Paymaster Mining Company's pumping plant is now located with right of access to same and over the land of the party of the first part, to wit: Commencing at the N. W. corner of the garden of the party of the first part, thence south 57 degrees East 90 feet, thence south 33 degrees West 30 feet, thence south 57 degrees East 86 feet, thence North 33 degrees East 5 feet, thence south 57 degrees East 25 feet, thence North 33 degrees East 31 feet, thence south 57 degrees East 200 feet, along the line of the garden fence to the Colorado River, thence North 33 degrees East along the bank of said River, 150 feet, thence North 57 degrees West 376 feet, thence South 33 degrees West 150 feet to point of beginning. The party of the first part reserves a right to build a canal through said land.
