Show -z- chase price has been paid by the party of the first part to the party of the second part, and the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged, and the remainder of said purchase price, to wit Eleven thousand ($11,000.00/ Dollars, is to be paid by the party of the second part to the party of the first part on or before the 21st day of May A. D. 1897. II The party of the second part agrees to purchase said land and premises from the party of the first part, and to pay the balance of the purchase price remaining unpaid, to wit, Eleven thousand ($11,000 00/ ) Dollars, to the party of the first part on or before the 21st day of May A. D. 1897. Ill It is further agreed that in case there is any mortgage or other incumbrance (other than the two leases hereinafter mentioned) upon or affecting the said undivided interest of the party of the first part in said lands, undischarged and existing at the date of said final payment, or at any time before said 21st day of May A. D. 1897, when the party of the second part is ready to make said final payment, the party of the second part may satisfy and pay such mortgage or other incumbrance, and cause the same to be released and discharged, and for said purpose may appropriate sufficient of the money to become due from the party of the second part to the party of the first part on final payment of the purchase price of said land, and shall be credited upon said final payment for the money so paid.
