Show CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No. 96 Identification: Feb. 14, 1957 Admitted: May 6, 1957 This Indenture, made this Fifth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred ninety-six, between Hall Hanlon, of the County of San Diego, State of California, the party of the first part, and the California Development Company, a corporation duly incorporated, organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey, the party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen Thousand ($13,000.00) Dollars, gold coin of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever, one undivided one-half of all those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the County of San Diego, State of California, and bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lots three (3) and four (4) of Section Twenty-five (25); Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section twenty-six (26); Lots one (1) two (2) three (3) and five (5) and Northwest quarter of Northeast quarter of Section thirty-five (35) and lot one (1) of Section Thirty-six (36) in Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Twenty-one (21) East, San Bernardino Meridian containing Three Hundred and Eighteen and 51/100 (318 51/100) acres. |
