Show the same day; which said contract of May 21st, 1895, between said Andrade and said Fergusson was ratified and supplemented by Louiso Ade Andrade, wife of said Guillermo Andrade by document executed by her and acknowledged in San Francisco, on March 4, 1896; together with an extension of said contract of May 21st, 1895, which said contract of extension was assigned to Philip Van Volkenburgh by William T. Heffernan by assignment made at Yuma, A. T. on June 3rd, 1896. Second, Also a certain contract made the 21st day of May, 1895, between Hall Hanlon and E. I. Rockwell, for the conveyance of the land called The Hanlon Heading, situated in San Diego County, California, together with an extension of the same made by said Hall Hanlon by an instrument dated March 16, 1896, which said contract of May 21st, 1895, was by assignment dated May 31st, 1895, assigned by E. I. Rockwell to S. W. Fergusson; and by assignment dated August 21st, 1895, assigned by S. W. Fergusson to C. R. Rockwood, and by assignment dated December 7, 1895, assigned by C. R. Rockwood to W. T. Heffernan, and by assignment March 17th, 1896 assigned by W. T. Heffernan, to Philip Van Volkenburgh. Third: Also subject to a lien for $3500 in favor of W. T. Heffernan, as described below; all the property and articles formerly belonging to the Colorado River Irrigation Company of Colorado, purchased by Harry Hawgood, at Sheriff's sale at Fort Yuma, San Diego, California, May 5th, 1894, and at Sheriff's sale at Los Angeles on May 8th, 1894, on an execution of judgment |
